Extrusion Operator
We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion lines, producing high-quality profiles that meet stringent industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and oversee extrusion lines, ensuring seamless start-up, shutdown, and efficient running.
* Perform raw material and product changes, maintaining high efficiency and minimal downtime.
* Ensure rigorous cleaning and maintenance of extrusion lines during changeovers.
* Monitor product quality in line with QS/ETS standards and make real-time adjustments as required.
* Diagnose and rectify machine faults to maintain optimal production output.
* Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
* Follow health and safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Extrusion Operator in a manufacturing setting.
* Strong understanding of extrusion processes, machine operation, and troubleshooting.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Willingness to work a 4-shift system of 12-hour shifts: Days (7am-7pm) & Nights (7pm-7am).
