About the Role
A rare opportunity exists for a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth, ASX-listed business operating at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and supply chain.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a true 2IC role, with broad influence across strategy, commercial execution, and business performance. The organisation is entering a critical growth phase, with a clear mandate to:
* Scale revenue significantly over the next 3–5 years
* Evolve its product and revenue model
* Expand into international markets
* Execute on a targeted M&A and partnership strategy
This role will suit a CFO who wants to be deeply embedded in the business, partnering across product, commercial and operational teams to drive outcomes.
The Responsibilities
* Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to define and execute strategy
* Lead all ASX reporting, governance, investor relations, tax and treasury activities
* Drive commercial decision-making, including pricing, partnerships and product monetisation
* Develop and enhance financial planning and analysis capability, with a focus on unit economics and performance drivers
* Lead M&A activity end-to-end, including origination, due diligence, structuring and integration
* Support international expansion, including financial modelling, risk management and market entry strategy
* Provide financial leadership across product and customer analytics, including SaaS and recurring revenue metrics
* Build and scale a high-performing finance function, aligned to a growing organisation
The successful applicant should have
* Minimum 5+ years CFO (or equivalent senior finance leadership) experience within an ASX-listed environment or high growth organisation
* Proven experience operating in a product-led, multi-product business
* Demonstrated M&A execution experience, including transaction and integration capability
* Exposure to international expansion and multi-market operations
* Strong background across SaaS, marketplace, data/analytics or recurring revenue models
* Experience in consumer, healthcare, pharma or supply chain-intensive industries will be highly regarded
* Deep understanding of commercial drivers, unit economics, and business performance
* Strong capability across tax, treasury, governance, and capital markets
* CA, CPA or CFA qualification (MBA or postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
Additional Benefits
* $250,000 – $300,000 + super
* Short-term and long-term incentive structures (including equity)
