This fixed-term, 5-year sessional appointment will be located at Royal Perth, Bentley, and Mount Lawley Group.

Position Profile
* Work with the Director of Postgraduate Medical Education and Medical Education Officers to contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of the hospital's pre-vocational training program.
* The Director of Clinical Training (DCT) takes an active role in meeting accreditation standards, contributes to orientation for junior medical officers at Royal Perth Hospital and hospitals within the group, and is willing to represent Royal Perth Hospital on clinical education and training committees.
* The DCT will contribute to the planning and delivery of education within their area of expertise.
Area Profile
Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) is Perth's inner-city, tertiary adult hospital and part of the Royal Perth Bentley Group. Home to the State Major Adult Trauma Service, RPH offers tertiary-level emergency medicine, mental health, complex and elective surgical care, and specialist medical services. It is also a premier teaching hospital and contributes to innovation and excellence in medical research and patient care. Bentley Health Service (BHS) and Mount Lawley Hospital (MLH) are part of the same group, providing specialist services and will become a public hospital on 31 August 2026.
