The Role
You'll work directly with the founder, supporting execution across research, communication, and scheduling. Your work will help keep momentum in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Responsibilities
* LinkedIn research, outreach, and follow-up messaging (scripts provided)
* Managing responses and maintaining contact lists
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings across time zones
* Preparing short daily task summaries and reminders
* Assisting with admin and light document formatting or organisation
* Tracking progress on outreach and partnership pipelines
What We're Looking For
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* Organised, efficient, and able to self-manage with minimal supervision
* Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Calendly, Notion or similar)
* Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
* Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
* Ideally based in Australia (Sydney time zone alignment preferred)

Compensation & Details
