We’re seeking a strategic yet hands-on leader to shape the future of Identity and Access Management. This is a career-defining opportunity to build and grow a team, uplift maturity from the ground up, and drive automation and scale across critical identity platforms.
Responsibilities
* Lead a greenfield uplift program with strong executive sponsorship.
* Drive strategy and delivery across SailPoint, Okta, Entra, and CyberArk.
* Build and lead a team of up to 10 specialists.
* Work flexibly - no mandated office days, with collaboration sessions as needed.
* Join an organisation that values innovation, transformation, and risk maturity.
What you’ll bring
* Strong engineering foundation with proven leadership experience.
* Deep knowledge of IDAM technologies and automation at scale.
* Experience across both employee and customer identity (specialist support provided on customer side).
* Ability to set strategy, influence stakeholders, and deliver at pace.
