Our client is looking for a Site Manager to oversee a newly secured project in Wandoan QLD. This role would suit a Site Manager or someone ready to step up into the position - making it a great opportunity for a foreperson/leading hand, aiming to advance their career.

About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, working closely with an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to support you. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
* Managing site operations, resources, and schedules.
* Ensuring compliance with Australian Building Codes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
* Supporting project reporting and budget management.
This opportunity is strictly site-based in Wandoan QLD. We welcome applications from:

About You:
* Proven experience managing commercial construction sites in Australia, or a strong willingness to learn and step up into the role as the next move in your career.
* Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, construction processes, and safety regulations.
* Relevant trade qualifications and practical boots on the ground experience.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and organisational skills.
* Ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and multiple site tasks.
* Australian Citizenship and an unrestricted driver's license.
