Service Warranty Advisor

We're looking for a Service/Warranty Advisor to join our high-performing team in McDougalls Hill (Singleton). This role blends customer service, technical coordination, and warranty administration - perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You'll be the key link between our workshop, field service teams, and customers - managing bookings, processing warranty claims, and ensuring every customer receives world-class service and support.

In this role you will:
* Provide first-class customer support at the service counter and over the phone.
* Manage service bookings, job opening/closing, and invoicing in line with company standards.
* Keep customers updated on repair progress, costs, and completion times.
* Prepare and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
* Maximise service sales by identifying additional products and maintenance opportunities.
* Liaise with technicians, service supervisors, and parts interpreters to ensure smooth workflow.
* Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.
About you:
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor, or similar customer-facing technical role.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems.
* Excellent communicator - confident, clear, and customer-focused.
* A team player who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment.
* Knowledge of MTU, Detroit Diesel, or Allison products (advantageous).
* Trade or industry qualification in Service Advising or Parts Interpreting (desirable).
