The Role
The Training Officer will play a key role in assisting the operations of the business however will also be required to assist across a range of generalist HR activities to support our operation.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide practical training to workers to ensure safety and quality which is paramount.
* Working closely with Supervisors and Managers to support them to meet production demands.
* Driving positive cultural change whilst upholding and promoting the core values of the Rugby Farming Group.
* Adhoc support to assist all facets of the business.
* Given the nature of our industry, weekend work and early morning starts will be required.
* Working outside with frequent travel between farms and sites may be a requirement of the position.
About You
* Strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and processes.
* Excellent planning, organisation and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to form excellent working relationship across all levels of the business.
* Current Manual Driver's License is required for the position.
* A training qualification will be viewed favourably.
