Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and passionate team delivering the Live Life Well at School program across South Western Sydney. Your work will directly contribute to healthier futures for children and families. In this role you will plan, implement, and evaluate innovative healthy eating and active living initiatives that make a real difference in schools and communities.

Key responsibilities include:

* Planning, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programs targeting healthy eating and active living for children aged 6 to 16 and their families.
* Building partnerships with schools, community organisations, health services and key stakeholders.
* Adapting programs to meet the needs of priority populations, including social disadvantage, Aboriginal communities, and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
* Maintaining and strengthening collaborative relationships with internal staff and external partners to support project delivery and sustainability.
* Utilising digital platforms and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, survey and data collection tools) to support project planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
* Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, including vaccination and child‐safe employment requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

* Tertiary qualifications in health or a related field.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in community and school‐based health promotion programmes, especially in planning, implementation and evaluation.
* Understanding of issues affecting service delivery in priority populations, with demonstrated ability to adapt programmes for diverse groups.
* Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with government, non‐government and community organisations to support project delivery and sustainability.
* Digital literacy and organisational skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and survey or data collection tools.
* Australian C‐class driver's licence (incl. P1 or P2). If you hold a C‐class licence from a state other than NSW, obtain a NSW C‐class licence within three months of appointment.
