Logistics Coordinator Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing equipment and materials for the rental team.
* Tag all rental equipment and record it in company databases prior to storage or relocation.
* Update and maintain asset registers in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with the Rental Operations Manager to verify the location of assets.
* Manage the dispatch and receipt of equipment and materials while adhering to quality standards.
* Complete tasks within established timelines and perform work to a high standard.
* Adhere to documented procedures and work instructions at all times.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained facility environment.
Skill Requirements
* Proven experience in inventory and warehouse management.
* Working knowledge of computer-based software applications and Microsoft Windows OS environment.
