Housing Plus is a leading NFP Community Services Provider with a 40‐year history, delivering housing, domestic violence, homelessness and other community services across Central, Western and Hunter regions of NSW.
We are recruiting a casual Customer Services Assistant to be based in our Bathurst office.
Role classification: Level 3.1 under the SCHADS Award (approximately $48.31 gross per hour, inclusive of casual loading). Workdays and hours are flexible based on candidate availability.
Responsibilities
* Conduct lease sign‐ups for a portfolio of social and affordable housing.
* Perform routine inspections and ensure all client information is current in the system.
* Follow up on client enquiries and promote tenant engagement.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills.
* Experience in tenancy and property management or community services highly desirable.
* Current driver's licence.
* Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
