Through our extensive national network of metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to businesses and communities across Australia.

We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our friendly and supportive team in Gladstone, QLD on a casual basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the clinic. This is a diverse and hands‐on position that combines administration, customer service and medical screening responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to the delivery of high‐quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing professional reception and administrative support
* Coordinating and processing medical bookings
* Managing medical results and associated documentation
* Conducting preliminary medical assessments
* Accurate data entry and record management
* Processing invoices and supporting billing activities
* Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, patients and stakeholders
* Collecting specimens, including supervising drug and alcohol testing
* Performing audiometry testing
* Performing spirometry testing

* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive and customer‐focused approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* A commitment to delivering high‐quality service to clients and colleagues
* A current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
