About the Role: As a Community Rehabilitation Worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver psychosocial support and rehabilitation activities that enable consumers to achieve their recovery goals.
You will assist with daily living tasks, facilitate community access, and help consumers build social connections and independence as well as support the running of the main office.

In this role, you'll bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
