In return, we offer:Flexible working arrangementsA supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthMeaningful work that positively impacts employee wellbeing and organisational outcomesAbout the RoleIn this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance on complex injury management and return to work matters, supporting both employees and leaders to achieve safe, sustainable and timely return to work outcomes.Key responsibilitiesLead the management of complex workers' compensation and non-work-related injury cases.Lead and coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), ensuring appropriate referral, clear clinical questions, and effective integration of outcomes into injury management and return to work planning.Provide strategic advice to managers and stakeholders on injury management, rehabilitation and return to work obligations.Develop and implement tailored return to work and rehabilitation plans.Build strong relationships with employees, medical practitioners, rehabilitation providers and internal stakeholders.Monitor case progress and identify opportunities to improve return to work outcomes and reduce risk.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and best practice principles.Contribute to the continuous improvement of injury management practices, systems and processes.Support a positive workplace culture focused on wellbeing, early intervention and recovery at work.About YouYou will be a confident and compassionate professional with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will demonstrate sound judgement, resilience and the ability to manage sensitive and complex matters with professionalism and care.You will also bring:Experience in injury management, workers' compensation, rehabilitation or return to work coordination.Strong knowledge of relevant workers' compensation and rehabilitation legislation and frameworks.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex caseloads.Highly developed consultation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interested?
