We are seeking an experienced Carpenter, Site Supervisor or emerging Project Coordinator to join a highly respected commercial fit-out business delivering premium office refurbishments across government, defence, banking and corporate sectors.
This is more than just a supervision role.
Alongside managing on-site delivery, you will gain exposure to:

About the Role
You'll oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to $1M, often within live office and operational environments.
This role combines hands‐on site leadership with broader project delivery responsibilities, making it ideal for someone wanting to grow into Project Management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supervising commercial fit‐out projects from start to finish
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
* Managing quality, safety and programme outcomes
* Liaising with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
* Coordinating multiple projects and live site activities
* Assisting with tender submissions, pricing, estimating and quoting new works
* Managing project budgets, variations and cost control
* Supporting end‐to‐end project delivery from award through to handover
* Building and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
* Identifying and supporting new project opportunities
* Assisting with scheduling, procurement and project administration
* Mentoring apprentices and junior team members
What We're Looking For
* Commercial fit‐out experience
* Site Supervisor Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage trades and work autonomously
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
Highly Regarded:
* Certificate IV in Building & Construction
* Experience in office refurbishments and live environments
* Strong organisational and client management skills
