* Establish and maintain effective customer relationships through provision of agronomic advice
* Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality services to cutting-edge agricultural businesses
* Pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
* Stay abreast of the latest plant production practices and organize field days and farmer meetings
Key qualifications include:
* Demonstrated technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application
* Experience building enduring partnerships with customers
* Success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed and chemical products
* Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
* Tertiary qualification in agricultural science or related field
