Job Description
* Provide HSE support and advice across operations.
* Conduct audits, site/vessel inspections and identify hazards.
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with IMS, ISO45001 & ISO14001.
* Manage risk registers, incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
* Deliver HSE training and complete pre‐mobilisation checks.
* Liaise with clients on HSE requirements and prepare reports.
* Maintain HSE records, analyse performance data and support continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
* Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (essential).
* Audit, investigation or training qualifications (desirable).
* Minimum 5 years' HSE experience, ideally in marine or operational environments.
* A safety‐focused professional with strong HSE knowledge and experience in audits, risk management and incident investigation.
* Confident in communicating and influencing safe behaviours across diverse teams and clients.
* Organised, proactive and detail‐oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
