Your Role As a Senior Accountant in the Business Services team, you will:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, partnerships, and trusts.
* Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation.
* Deliver insightful business advisory services, such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
* Provide tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth.
* Collaborate with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure their financial needs are met.
About You To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in business services or public practice accounting.
* Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax laws and accounting standards.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
* Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or APS.
