Full-time 12-month opportunity based at our head office in Collingwood, Melbourne.
As the
Marketing Automation Specialist
, you will focus on the development, technical execution and optimisation of our sales calendar, supporting from a marketing automation perspective with channels such as email & push notifications. You will also support the acquisition lifecycle (eg. Cart Abandonment) to ensure a seamless customer journey across every touchpoint. A key focus will be to drive database engagement using segmentation, personalisation and customer analytics and support the acquisition function across the regions with technical and problem-solving capability.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Regional Marketing and Digital Marketing teams more broadly to support the execution and management of email and push notifications on time and to a high standard, ensuring these are error free.
Support of multi-million-dollar digital marketing programs across APAC including end to end management of campaigns (strategy, creative, segmentation, technical execution, reporting and optimisation).
Drive multi-channel test and learn programs to optimise campaigns.
To have a great attention to detail to ensure that we are delivering high quality campaigns.
In conjunction with our Analysts, measure, share and report on all campaigns with the goal of continuously improving strategy and revenue generation.
Share and implement best practice learnings with stakeholders across the group.
Work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders across digital, marketing and ancillary to deliver campaigns and programs that drive incremental revenue to the business.
Continue to ensure our targeting is top notch, with a key pillar also being driving database growth.
Qualifications
Prior experience in digital marketing or CRM/marketing automation either in an agency or fast paced client environment.
2-3 years' experience in marketing automation platforms such as Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys or similar.
Ability to manage competing tasks, priorities and stakeholders to be able to execute all campaigns in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience segmenting customer data and an understanding on how this is used to identify opportunities and develop targeted innovative campaigns.
Excellent data literacy and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS editing, or SQL would be a distinct advantage.
Commercially savvy and self-sufficient with strong attention to detail.
