$65,012 - $93,971 per annum, pro rata + 12% super & salary packaging Temporary Full-Time until 28 June 2026 | Binji & Boori Aboriginal Maternal Infant Child Health Service (AMICHS) - Port Kembla Hospital (PKH) or Shoalhaven Hospital (SMH) | REQ | Applications close Wednesday 26 November 2025

In This Role

* Engage with Aboriginal families in the community
* Connect women to the service
* Advocate for women in mainstream services
* Collaborate effectively in a small, dynamic team, respecting each member's unique contributions
* Lead community development and health promotion initiatives
* Partner with acute maternity services to ensure culturally sensitive care

A Little About Us

As a part of the new Shellharbour Hospital and Integrated Services Project, a new Community Health Centre is being built on the old Port Kembla Hospital site. Located on Dharawal Country, Warrawong Community Health Centre will bring together a range of services including community mental health, drug and alcohol, community nursing, and child and family services. Until the new Community Centre is complete, some allied health services will continue to operate out of the Port Kembla Hospital site.

Requirements

* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
