In this role, you will work as part of a team delivering online support to DRIVES users. You will analyse, investigate and resolve system application problems.
You will provide high-level technical advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software to a variety of users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely and efficient manner.
Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent technical customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and providing advice on how to navigate these in a challenging high-volume environment.
The successful candidate will have expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution which are highly transferable and in-demand.
