…More than just an environmental consultancy
Eco Logical Australia (ELA) exists to empower employees and clients to make a difference. We pride ourselves as being Approachable Experts, who lead with science and technology to help our clients navigate complex projects, achieving the best possible outcome for them and the environment.
We are an environmental consultancy with 200 environmental experts across 17 offices. Our people are industry leaders – down-to-earth, passionate, talented, and all-round nice people! ELA works autonomously within the global Tetra Tech group, which is made up of 49 individual companies. This mix of local and global services provides our clients with the benefits of a mid-size consultancy, and the security, resources, and opportunities of a global entity.
We are committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive workplace, where everyone feels a sense of belonging and are valued and respected for their contributions. This commitment is built on our core values of Listen First, Share Your Genius, Be Courageous, and Feed the Culture .
Our recruitment practices ensure equal employment opportunities and access while our culture and strategic actions promote career growth and development in a safe and supportive environment. We also offer full-time, part-time, and flexible work options to help our people live their best lives.
Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is underway, and we proudly partner with CareerTrackers to provide meaningful career internships for First Nations university students.
That’s what truly makes us… more than just an environmental consultancy .
