Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in Geelong, VIC. The successful candidate will be expected to provide comprehensive legal support to clients in the caravan park, residential village, and land-leasing sectors. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on compliance and regulatory matters, representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions, and conducting thorough legal research. The role will require liaising with clients of varying sizes and managing diverse aspects of their legal requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong legal expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
* Proficiency in legal research and analysis with excellent attention to detail.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills to provide practical advice and represent client interests.
* Proven ability to manage multiple clients and matters efficiently while ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent degree, and current legal practising certificate in Australia.
