About the Role:
Domino's Flinders is seeking an experienced and hands-on Retail Manager to lead day-to-day operations. The role involves managing staff, maintaining consistent service quality, and supporting business growth through effective store management and local engagement.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Oversee day-to-day store operations, including kitchen workflow, customer service, and delivery performance, ensuring a fast, consistent, and high-quality Domino's experience.
* Monitor stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and beverages, placing accurate and timely orders to avoid shortages, reduce waste, and maintain product freshness.
* Support the development and execution of pricing strategies, local promotions, and upselling initiatives that reflect customer demand and drive store profitability.
* Lead and supervise team members by managing rosters, monitoring performance, and delivering ongoing training to uphold Domino's service standards and maintain a positive team culture.
* Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures in line with Domino's operational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Review sales results, manage operating budgets, and identify opportunities to enhance cost control, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
* Liaise with suppliers, delivery partners, and key stakeholders to maintain consistent supply quality and support smooth store operations.
* Engage directly with customers, address concerns or complaints promptly, and actively promote new menu items, offers, and value deals to encourage customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role within the food or retail industry.
Skills & Requirements:
* Proven success in team leadership, operations, and customer service excellence.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Sound knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and sales analysis.
* Familiarity with WHS and food safety compliance standards.
* Proficiency in POS systems, rostering, and operational reporting.
