About the role
As Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for tracking, analysing, and updating space data and using this information to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our client's portfolio in a designated region.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations.
* Monthly reporting, periodic data audits, tracking and managing utilisation data and trends, gathering space & adjacency requirements, updating space layouts, developing space planning and block diagrams.
* Planning and managing portfolios, maximising space, assisting clients in their migration plans, group and individual moves.
* Get familiar with space utilisation methods and presentation of utilisation data.
Skills and Experience
* Literacy in reading and interpreting floor plans.
* Comfortable with change, proactive and innovative solutions.
* Working knowledge of occupancy utilisation, office design principles and trends such as mobile or collaborative workplace.
* Attention to detail and accuracy, especially numbers and spatial creativity.
* Work experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients, or interior office planning, furniture planning/management, move/project management, or related facilities function in a corporate real‐estate setting is preferred.
* Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
