My client is a looking for a Construction Manager to head up their Fit-Out arm of the business and join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $40m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $200K - $250K super dependant on experience.
