About the Role
Reporting directly into C‐Suite, this role is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Global Supply Chain Manager to define and execute the international and local supply chain strategy whilst managing a team of both onshore and offshore resources for this leading organisation to drive revenue growth, margin improvement and market share expansion.
In this role your remit will cover omni‐channel strategy across: supply chain, fulfillment, logistics and distribution, supplier management, inventory planning/management, risk management, continuous improvement, compliance and ethics and driving exceptional customer experiences whilst driving cost efficiency, quality and supply continuity.
Skills & Experience
We are seeking a strategic, commercially‐minded leader with strong global supply chain expertise.
Ideally, you will bring:
* Extensive experience in a Global Supply Chain Manager (or senior supply chain leadership) role within eCommerce, retail, or DTC environments.
* Proven success managing end‐to‐end global supply chains, including strategy, planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics, distribution, and fulfilment.
* Deep knowledge of warehousing, international logistics, 3PL management, and modern inventory systems/technology.
* Experience overseeing supply chain operations across APAC, China and the USA (highly regarded).
* Strong leadership capability, with experience managing onshore and offshore teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner directly with C‐suite and cross‐functional leaders.
* A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives.
* Strong analytical capability, using data to inform decisions and optimise global performance.
* Sound understanding of compliance, ethical sourcing, and supply chain governance.
* Qualifications: MBA degree AND/OR Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
