About the role
An opportunity to have a positive impact, this role is responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of human resources across the Group, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Reporting to the Head of People, Capability and Culture, the Human Resources Manager will provide expert support in areas such as employee relations, industrial relations, remuneration, talent management and organisational design, while ensuring legal compliance and operational excellence. You'll provide hands-on HR business partnering to senior leaders across the Group while also guiding and developing a small, capable team to deliver best-practice outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
With a team of three direct reports, this role will ensure Business Partners and Advisors have a clear understanding of the evolving needs of the business and are equipped to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that drive performance and engagement.
This is a maximum-term (16 months), full-time role, with eligibility for flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
What will you bring?
* Extensive relevant and practical experience in human resources and industrial relations, paired with experience in best practice HR and business partner frameworks.
* Significant generalist HR experience across each stage of the employee lifecycle.
* Proven leadership experience of individuals and teams including the ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation both vertically and horizontally, in matrix and distributed environments.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
* Excellent written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Sound understanding of effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
* Proven corporate strategic and project management communications capability.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or a related field
