* Health assessments and screenings for growth and development

Key Responsibilities
To provide high-quality care and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Parents, Children, and young people and their families using a Primary Health Care Model.
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual and family needs.
Provide a high standard of care, working with minimal supervision, and taking full accountabilities and delegation of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
* Experience working with Indigenous communities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
