Redpath Partners Associate Director - National
An Amazing opportunity join our client's National leadership team to launch and drive a new studio due to current + projected project pipeline in NSW.
* Civic, Multi Res, Education, Hospitality sectors

A rare opportunity to lead an Architecture and Design Studio, leverage off a strong brand, yet drive a new business in an exciting chapter for this National studio.
Our client has established NSW client relationships, with a growth mindset to expand their market share and portfolio, leveraging the long established Victorian and Queensland track record.
Well Regarded for Education, Multi Residential, Civic and Hospitality portfolio spanning multiple decades, this is an opportunity for a talented leader in Sydney's Architecture market to take the helm.
Responsibilities:
* Lead pursuit of new opportunities within private and public sector clients
* Foster external sub consultant/contractor relationships in the Sydney Market.
* Lead and prepare bids and proposals and tenders.
* Support the design and delivery of projects.
* Attracting talent to support workload, building sustainable growth through effective practice management.
* Team Leadership and mentoring, fostering a culture of collaboration + growth.
* Contribute to management of financial and commercial requirements, negotiating fees and sub-contractor requirements.
* Deliver design and commercial outcomes for the business.
* Architecture Tertiary Qualifications, and NSW Registration.
* Proven experience in leading teams/studio, building client relationships within both public and private sectors.
* Rapport with clients to support work winning initiatives.
* Proven success in leading largescale teams across multiple projects.
* Education sector experience would be advantageous, however not essential.
* Astute Negotiation skills
* Professional Communication and expert Commercial Acumen.
* Ambitious Growth Mindset
