About the Role
This is a critical role that will contribute to the success of our hotel. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service standards, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Housekeeping team from the front, driving performance and productivity
* Manage staff, including training, development, rostering, work allocation, and performance improvement
* Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Conduct daily room inspections to ensure duties have been completed to meet service standards
* Assume responsibility for workplace safety and employee well-being
Requirements:
* Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
* Able to interact positively with guests and hotel teams
* Available to work rotating rosters when required
* Possess full Australian working rights
* Excellent grooming and presentation
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail
* Proven effective inter-departmental relationships and leadership skills
* Accurate record keeping and payroll management
* Ability to maintain high-quality service standards
