The Role
As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come via NDIS, Medicare, or private clients. The role is mobile, with options to work from home or our hubs. Responsibilities include:
* Assessing and intervening for children and adults with disabilities
* Working within NDIS to maximize clients' function, capacity, and social engagement
* Assisting with assistive technology assessments and recommendations
* Timely documentation and report writing
* Managing a varied caseload
* Meeting professional expectations (e.g., billables, client management)
* Participating in meetings, supervision, and development
* Building stakeholder relationships
* Using leading software platforms and online tools
The New Grad Program
Connect2Care offers a tailored 12-month New Graduate Program to support recent graduates in transitioning to the workplace, helping them develop skills for a successful career. The program includes:

Requirements

* Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Police and International Police Checks (if applicable)
* Drivers license and reliable vehicle
