About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Carousel store.
This is a fixed term, full‐time position at 38 hours per week, ending in June 2027.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example to build an inclusive, high‐performing team while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences.
* Create a strong customer‐first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service.
* Coach and develop your team through regular on‐the‐spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building.
* Execute visual merchandising in‐store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement.
* Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day‐to‐day running.
