Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE The SEO Executive plays a key role in delivering high-quality organic search performance across client accounts. This role focuses on executing SEO initiatives to a high standard while supporting the development and delivery of strategy, ensuring outputs are accurate, insight‐led, and aligned with client objectives.
Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute to on‐page optimisation, content initiatives, technical recommendations, and performance reporting. You will manage your own workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Over time, you will take increasing ownership of key workstreams within accounts, contribute insights during performance reviews, and support client conversations where appropriate.
This role is suited to someone who is looking to deepen their expertise, work with increasing independence, and contribute to both delivery excellence and strategic thinking.
Key Performance Indicators
* On‐site SEO: Delivering on‐page and technical SEO recommendations to improve search visibility, site performance, and user experience.
* Keyword & Content Optimisation: Conducting keyword research and developing SEO content outlines and briefs to guide content creation, ensuring alignment with search intent and client objectives.
* SEO Audits & Opportunity Identification: Supporting site audits to identify technical, content, and structural improvements that drive organic growth.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring organic performance, analysing data, and contributing insights to inform optimisation opportunities and reporting outputs.
* Account Delivery: Managing assigned SEO workstreams across accounts, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client objectives.
* Client Support: Supporting the preparation of client deliverables and, over time, contributing to performance updates and client conversations.

EXPERIENCE
* Ideally but not mandatory - 1-2 years in SEO or Organic Growth roles, with hands‐on experience supporting the delivery of SEO initiatives across on‐page, content, and technical workstreams.
* Working knowledge of core SEO principles, including keyword research, search intent, on‐page optimisation, and content structure, with the ability to apply these in day‐to‐day tasks.
* Experience using SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics or equivalent) to support analysis and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Experience in SEO reporting and analysis, including tracking performance, identifying trends, and supporting insight generation to improve organic performance.
