The Role
We’re looking for Casual Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team and help keep our rooms, cabins and public areas looking their best. You’ll be part of a supportive, hands‑on crew that takes pride in the details and genuinely cares about the guest experience. In this role, you will:
- Clean and service guest rooms, cabins and common areas to Merivale standards
- Make beds, change linen, restock amenities and ensure bathrooms are spotless
- Maintain a high standard of presentation across all areas, including balconies and outdoor spaces where required
- Report maintenance issues and room discrepancies promptly to your supervisor
- Assist with linen movement and stock rotation (including towels, amenities and cleaning supplies)
- Follow safety, hygiene and chemical‑handling procedures at all times
- Work efficiently to daily room lists and timeframes, supporting the wider housekeeping team when needed

- Are physically fit and happy with a hands‑on, fast‑paced role
