Lead Educator for a Growing Kindergarten Program

About the Role
* Plan and implement a rich, evidence-based kindergarten program
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Work closely with our Centre Manager to champion best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, supported, and valued
About You
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
* Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
* Warm, confident, and capable of creating engaging learning experiences
* Excellent communication skills
* Committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training and Working with Children Check
