As a Leadership Consultant, you'll be a part of the Enterprise Talent and Leadership team that empowers our leaders through the design and delivery of in-house leadership initiatives. You'll manage the delivery and continuous improvement of programs that align with Suncorp's leadership strategy.
What You'll Do
* Project and program manage leadership initiatives.
* Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance initiative quality
* Manage vendors for the delivery of key talent and leadership initiatives
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
* Contribute to strategic talent and leadership projects
What You'll Bring
* Exposure to Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent
* Experience in learning programs delivery, reporting and project management (non-negotiable)
* Experience with learning management systems, procurement and vendor management processes
