About this role
Job Coach - Inclusive Employment Australia - Sutherland NSW
Inclusive Employment Australia supports individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.
We are looking to grow our team to deliver these services.
We believe it's important to get to know our customers and understand their skills and abilities, focusing on what they can do, not what they can't do.
By doing this, it allows us to provide tailored support and assistance and also helps in the search of finding the right employment that suits our customers best.
Once our customers are in employment, we continue to be there for them, and their employers too.

We honestly don't mind, as long as you genuinely thrive in a customer‐centric role, enjoy talking to customers, are empathetic, resilient and self‐driven. The job itself can be taught!
