About the Role
Support the effective implementation of HSEQT plans by providing expert coaching, leading incident investigations, and driving accountability for corrective actions. The role offers full-time FIFO opportunities with flexible, family‐friendly rosters from Perth and the East Coast.
Responsibilities
* Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQT management plan.
* Provide expert coaching and guidance as a part of the site leadership team.
* Facilitate incident investigations and improved outcomes.
* Drive ownership & accountability for corrective actions management.
* Add value at the work front using your experience and training expertise.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated HSEQT experience in Underground mining (desirable)
* Cert IV Work Health and Safety (Minimum) - Diploma or above (desirable).
* Cert IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent).
* ICAM Lead investigator.
* Proficient with HSEQT reporting platforms (e.g. Evotix or similar).
* Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Cloud Assess).
* Current Australian Driver's License (Manual) and ability to pass site medical and pre‐employment checks.
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills
* Location: Various projects around Australia
* Roster: Various rosters available 14/14 or 8:6
