About The Role
Guide our clients through positive ageing with increased strength, mobility and confidence to live their most independent, joyful lives across aged care, home care and disability settings.
You will have freedom to be creative, where no two days look the same, and supported by a team that's got your back and who keep things running smoothly.
Duties
* Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based, goal orientated, and outcome-driven therapy
* Build strong client relationships
* Deliver interventions through 1:1 and group programs
* Document clearly and efficiently
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Skills & Experience
* General AHPRA registration
* National Police Check
* NDISWC + NDIS Orientation
* COVID-19 & Flu vaccination
