What you'll be doing

* Providing a range of general administrative duties including typing, filing, photocopying and preparing correspondence
* Handling incoming phone calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Assisting with the maintenance of office systems, databases and records
* Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
* Supporting the team with ad‐hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* An enthusiastic, flexible and customer‐focused approach
