Key Responsibilities
* Identify software and hardware requirements to solve user and system issues
* Respond to user inquiries related to software, hardware, and system performance
* Modify and adapt existing programs to meet user needs
* Install, configure, and update appropriate software applications
* Ensure efficient and effective use of IT systems, applications, and equipment
* Implement and support computer networks within the organisation
* Diagnose, repair, and replace peripheral devices such as printers, terminals, and modems
* Provide both onsite and remote support to ensure smooth system operation
* Assist users with troubleshooting and system usage to improve productivity
* Maintain accurate records of support activities, configurations, and issue resolutions
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure service continuity
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Relevant qualification in Information Technology (bachelor's or higher), or equivalent industry experience
* Minimum 2 years of relevant ICT support experience, or a combination of qualification and practical experience
* Proven experience in ICT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
* Experience supporting enterprise systems, applications, and end‐user environments
* Sound understanding of networking concepts and ICT troubleshooting methodologies
* Experience with ticketing systems and service management processes
* Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics
* Familiarity with enterprise devices and peripheral equipment used in ICT environments
* Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple support requests and work under pressure
* Excellent written and spoken language
