Are you an experienced Client Service Officer ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated, highly organised Senior Client Service Officer to join our growing Financial Planning team. About the Role
In this senior position, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Advisers while ensuring clients receive a high level of service throughout every stage of the advice process. You will oversee client administration from end to end, assist with workflow management, and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service requirements
* Prepare and process Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), fee consent forms, and related documentation
* Accurately implement advice recommendations in a timely manner
* Liaise with product providers regarding applications, transfers, rollovers, underwriting, and policy servicing
* Maintain accurate client records within XPLAN while ensuring compliance obligations are met
* Support advisers with review preparation, client servicing, and workflow coordination
* Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across the business
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Client Services or Client Relationship role within Financial Planning
* Strong insurance knowledge and hands-on experience across Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection, and Business Insurance
* Sound understanding of financial planning processes, compliance requirements, and industry platforms
* Proficiency in XPLAN (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Professional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, advisers, and providers
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
