About the Role
An exciting opportunity has emerged to lead the launch of a globally recognised luxury footwear and ready-to-wear brand as it opens its very first Queensland location. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a flagship store from day one, building a team, shaping the culture, and delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality the brand is renowned for globally.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, developing a high-performing team, and creating a destination that customers want to return to time and time again.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the successful launch and ongoing operation of a brand-new flagship store
* Recruiting, coaching, and developing a passionate and engaged retail team
* Driving sales performance, productivity, and key commercial metrics
* Delivering exceptional clienteling and luxury customer experiences
* Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
* Managing store operations including rostering, stock management, and visual presentation
* Building long-term relationships with VIP clients and local brand advocates
* Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of a world-class luxury retailer
What You’ll Bring
* Proven Store Management experience within luxury, premium fashion, footwear, accessories or ready-to-wear retail
* Strong commercial acumen and a history of delivering outstanding sales results
* Experience leading and developing high-performing retail teams
* A genuine passion for luxury product, fashion, styling and customer experience
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong operational capability with excellent attention to detail
* A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others
* Experience within luxury footwear, designer fashion or premium lifestyle brands will be highly regarded
