This is a key support role working directly with two senior directors, offering exposure across both business operations and personal affairs.
The Role
This is a true right-hand position supporting a director, acting as a central point of coordination across their professional and personal commitments. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day runs seamlessly while also supporting broader business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries, travel and scheduling for two directors across business and personal commitments
* Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations and board-level documentation
* Assist with project-related administration across development, finance and operations
* Liaise with internal teams, consultants, stakeholders and external partners
* Manage confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
* Provide ad-hoc support across both business and personal tasks
About You
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
* Background in property, construction or finance highly regarded
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable working across both business and personal responsibilities
* Polished, professional and able to operate with discretion
