A dynamic Manager role at a vibrant holiday apartment complex, focusing on managing the full holiday letting pool, trust accounting, and guest experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing the holiday letting pool and building strong relationships with property owners
* Overseeing trust accounting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
* Coordinating bookings, guest communication, and daily operational workflows
* Supervising staff and ensuring high presentation standards across the property
* Working closely with contractors, cleaners, and service providers
Requirements
* Experience in holiday accommodation, property management, or building management
* Minimum 3 years of experience in holiday accommodation,
* Strong trust accounting knowledge (preferably in holiday environments)
* Ability to obtain a Restricted Letting Licence
Holiday Accommodation Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the holiday accommodation industry and be able to demonstrate their skills and qualifications. They should have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with technology.
