The Role
We're looking for a licensed A-Grade Electrician to join our field team conducting pre-insulation electrical safety inspections across Melbourne. This is a high-volume, autonomous role — you'll be on the road each day completing inspections at residential properties, with strong admin support behind you and a clear path to broader electrical work as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting pre-insulation electrical safety inspections at residential properties across Melbourne
* Supporting our operations team in the delivery of our broader energy upgrade programs as required
* Completing compliance documentation via our field app
* Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or switchboard issues
* Coordinating with our operations team on daily scheduling and job flow
* Representing NoGap professionally with residents
What We're Looking For
* Registered A-Grade Electrician licence (Victoria) — essential
* 2–3 years post-qualification experience
* Comfortable working independently across multiple sites per day
* Strong attention to detail and compliance documentation
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
* Good communication skills with residential tenants
* Experience in government energy programs or social housing a plus, but not required
