Purpose of Role
Technical Operation Staff will provide hands‑on technical support for the facilities and equipment used in the branches, including performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Technical Operations Staff member is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all branch areas (lobby, pods, parking, offices, public facilities) and for maintaining equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
What you will do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all branch areas (lobby, pods, parking, offices, public facilities) and that equipment operates smoothly.
- Conduct regular cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for more complex maintenance and repair work.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely and skilled manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities for reporting and planning purposes.

- Are willing to work on the appointed areas selected by management.
- Have at least a high school diploma, preferably a diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Have at least one year of working experience in a related field as a technician or engineer.
- Have experience as a hotel maintenance/hotel engineer (preferred).
- Are willing to work overtime and outside operational time.
- Have excellent communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
- Have effective time‑management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Will be based at Bobopod Airport CBC, Tangerang.
- Notes: Working hours are 12 hours per shift with a 60‑minute break. The schedule consists of five working days with two days off on a rotational basis or as required by operational needs. Accommodation is provided in a company dormitory.
