Job Title: Support Coordinator
The role combines administrative tasks with customer service and hands-on support in our production area. We require a highly organised individual to assist with various duties.
This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and helping customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative position and possess strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and plan ahead.
Main responsibilities include assisting distributors and suppliers, processing orders and invoices, maintaining accurate customer records, updating the website content, photographing products for the website, coordinating mail and courier services, and aiding with packing and material preparation.
