About the role
* Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will include: Day to day operations with high volume cooking.
* Following recipes, procedures and product specifications to identify defects easily.
* Work and operate to the standards of a SQF Certified Facility.
* Have a good understanding and adherence to HACCP and GMP.
* Report any equipment issues, safety hazards or unsafe practices to your supervisor.
* Have knowledge of operating Ovens and various kitchen equipment.
* Possess a positive attitude and be able to work with a variety of different people efficiently and effectively.
* Taking ownership/accountability for taste, texture and adherence to cooking and chilling timeframes and standards.
* Accountability for quality.
* Batch documentation and recording.
* Waste and yield management.

* Previous experience in chefing
